All our items are handmade with lots of love and attention to detail. We do not offer refunds. Once you have paid for an order it cannot be cancelled.

If possible we will replace, refund or offer a discount voucher if you receive a damaged item. You need to inform us of any issues within 1 week after you have received the item. We will require a photo of the date stamp on your parcel as to when the parcel arrived at your post office as well as a photo of the faulty/damaged item.

Due to some people having been dishonest in the past we do not offer refunds on lost/missing parcels. We do not send parcels via registered mail as our postal system will only track the parcel until it leaves the country which is not very insightful or helpful at all. We have not had many lost parcels in the past. In the end parcels eventually turned up and was just delayed.

If you are worried about your parcel being lost we can offer to send your order via DHL. DHL is more expensive than our standard postal service. We will therefore charge the extra courier fee to you before we send the parcel. Parcels weighing up to 500 grams will cost 25 GBP to be sent via DHL and parcels weighing up to 1kg will cost 45 GBP. Please leave a note upon checkout it you wish for your order to be sent via DHL.

Please notify me if an order does not turn up after the following guideline times, as I would like to monitor the efficiency of the postal service and submit complaints if deemed necessary.
